PAI:  Why did you seek help?

Adrian:  One of the reasons why I decided to do something about my hair loss was -- putting it the best I can -- is I just didn’t like the way I felt about myself and my perception of the way people perceived me.  To make myself feel better about myself I called PAI.

PAI:  Have you tried other products?

Adrian:  Actually some of the things that I did try were shampoos that were being sold to me by my hair stylist, high end shampoos.  It just never worked out.  The hair kept continuing to fall out.

PAI:  Why PAI Medical Group?

Adrian:  The criteria I used was the location, the people that were here when I showed up, the times that I called and I was never given a hard sell, it was always very simple, very easy, and very relaxed, showed me what you all were going to do, how you all were going to do it, left the decision up to me.

PAI:  How was I treated?

Adrian:  Oh man, how was I treated when I came?  Mashed potatoes and gravy, I mean I had a blast.  “Just sit back and watch a movie and we’ll take care of it for you.”  It’s a business, I know, I know, I know, but it’s also personal.  And looked what you’ve done?  You're doing my hair.  It can't get any more personal than that.
PAI:  Results from PAI?

Adrian:  More than – it’s nothing that can be described with words.  It’s a feeling that only can be experienced and I encourage it.

PAI:  When did you notice a change?

Adrian:  Not that my expectations were low, it’s just that I didn’t want to build myself up and I came back in for a check up a week or two after and Angela was pointing and like “There's new growth right there.  Look at that, right here too.”

PAI:  Any advice to others?

Adrian:  Just do what would feel right to you.  Put aside everything, just what would make you feel better about yourself and run with it.
